BuzzHive (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your business. We have created a detailed refund policy so that you can be confident you’re in good hands.
Refunds are only available under specific conditions based on the stage of progress in the commissioned artwork.
- Before Work Starts:
- Customers may cancel their order before work begins and receive a full refund, you cover any return charges applied.
- Before the First Draft:
- 50% of deposit will be refunded after work begins but before the approval of first draft.
- Beyond the First Draft:
- No refunds will be issued once the commission progresses beyond the first draft.
- If the customer refuses to pay the remaining 50% balance upon completion, they forfeit ownership of the artwork, and Buzzhive reserves the right to repurpose or resell it.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed and delivered artwork.
- 50% Deposit Refunds are not applicable after the first draft.
- Failure to provide necessary feedback or responses does not qualify for a refund.
- Disputes & Chargebacks initiated during or after project completion will not be considered for refunds. Clients forfeit ownership of the artwork, and Buzzhive reserves the right to repurpose or resell it.
